About the role

Join Sabre’s global Product and Technology Consulting team as a Product Technology Consultant. You will work with regional travel and e‑commerce clients to integrate Sabre solutions, optimize system architecture, and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through solution implementation, testing, and technical configuration to maximize performance.
• Deliver technical presentations and demos that showcase the value of Sabre APIs.
• Resolve complex integration issues across front‑, mid‑, and back‑office tools to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to advocate customer needs and suggest product improvements.
• Leverage generative AI and automation tools to isolate root causes and speed up troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical consulting, system integration, or solution engineering within travel technology or e‑commerce.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the confidence to translate technical details into clear business value.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, and authentication protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting multi‑vendor ecosystems, including Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms and booking tools.
• Practical use of generative AI, automation, or analytics tools to streamline technical support.
