Product Specialist – WordPress CMS

About the role

We are looking for a Product Specialist with strong WordPress CMS experience to support the Leaders Edge Website Program. The role blends product ownership, customer support, and training for internal teams and travel advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as product owner and subject‑matter expert for the WordPress‑based Leaders Edge Website Program.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and user requirements, managing the product backlog.
• Partner with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver enhancements.
• Provide Tier 2 support to travel advisors, troubleshooting platform issues and collaborating with technical teams.
• Lead live demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars for diverse audiences.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience administering WordPress sites and web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of website design, third‑party integrations, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Experience gathering requirements and working in Agile or similar product development environments.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and SEO best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong presentation and public‑speaking skills for both in‑person and virtual settings.
