Product Designer (Figma + Agentic AI) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong Figma expertise and experience using Agentic AI tools to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute to the design of user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure scalability and consistency across complex products.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility and responsive design standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to take ownership of design work and deliver high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Figma for wireframing, prototyping, visual design and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, interaction design and user‑centered methodologies.
• Experience with AI‑native design tools, prompt‑driven workflows or AI‑assisted prototyping.
• Understanding of design systems, scalability and systems thinking.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
