Procurement Specialist II

About the role

Sabre is looking for a Procurement Specialist II to join its global Procurement team. The role focuses on executing day‑to‑day purchasing operations while supporting strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requests, track documentation, and follow up with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate vendor interactions, gather contract data, and support strategic supplier partnerships.
• Respond to internal inquiries about procurement policies and request status to maintain transparency.
• Analyze spend patterns and provide supplier data to category managers for sourcing decisions.
• Leverage generative AI and workflow automation tools to streamline data entry and reduce manual tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Coupa.
• Strong analytical ability with a track record of supporting cost‑savings initiatives.
• Practical use of generative AI, automation, or analytics tools to improve data processing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
