Operador Telefónico – Atención al Cliente en Call Center

About the role

Join a dynamic team providing assistance services 365 days a year. We are looking for telephone operators who enjoy interacting with customers, have a strong service orientation, and can work flexible schedules that include weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls from members.
• Coordinate requested services and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Track cases to resolution and maintain quality standards.
• Provide personalized assistance and support throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Strong vocation for service, empathy and active listening.
• Enjoys dynamic, fast‑paced work environments.
• Ability to acquire new knowledge quickly and adapt to change.
• Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
