About the role
Join a dynamic team providing assistance services 365 days a year. We are looking for telephone operators who enjoy interacting with customers, have a strong service orientation, and can work flexible schedules that include weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls from members.
- Coordinate requested services and ensure proper follow‑up.
- Track cases to resolution and maintain quality standards.
- Provide personalized assistance and support throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Strong vocation for service, empathy and active listening.
- Enjoys dynamic, fast‑paced work environments.
- Ability to acquire new knowledge quickly and adapt to change.
- Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Completed secondary education.
- Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.

- Microsoft Office (basic)
