NetSuite Project Manager

About the role

As a NetSuite Project Manager at Plative, you will lead NetSuite ERP engagements and ad‑hoc projects, acting as the primary liaison between customers and the delivery team. This highly visible, customer‑facing position drives stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery excellence from kickoff through rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building relationships and keeping projects on schedule.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, align resources, and resolve competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Follow Plative’s delivery structure and project‑management methodology throughout implementations.
• Run business and project reviews, reporting on budget, status, risk, and escalations to both customer and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate IT project teams to translate customer requirements into design specs, integrations, and data transfers.
• Advocate for the customer, handling escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites; the majority of work is performed remotely.

Required profile

• Full life‑cycle NetSuite implementation experience across multiple industry verticals.
• 3+ years of project‑management experience in a consulting environment.
• 4+ years of hands‑on NetSuite implementation experience.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, risk management, and project‑financial reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or an MBA (preferred).

• NetSuite (implementation, enhancements, integrations).
• Salesforce (build‑out ownership when needed).
• AI tools (comfortable using AI to accelerate design and delivery work).
