NetSuite Business Analyst – Quality Assurance

About the role

The NetSuite Business Analyst – Quality Assurance will lead QA activities for NetSuite enhancements, configurations, customizations, and integrations at Internova Travel Group. You will ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested, validated, and delivered with high quality before production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end QA testing process for all NetSuite changes.
• Define, maintain, and enforce QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, scripts, and cases aligned to business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing within NetSuite.
• Validate end‑to‑end business processes across core financial modules such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track execution, triage issues, and manage sign‑off.
• Log, prioritize, and manage defects, validate fixes, and conduct regression testing.
• Collaborate closely with NetSuite developers, senior analysts, and support staff to ensure adequate test coverage.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the NetSuite platform and its financial modules.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect management processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and support teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify risks and gaps early.
