Microsoft 365 Services Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Services Specialist to manage, optimise and support our global M365 environment. You will ensure reliability, security and performance of core collaboration platforms for a geographically distributed travel‑technology organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, roles and permissions via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and the Admin Center.
• Monitor service health, performance and availability; troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
• Implement security controls such as MFA, Conditional Access and data‑protection policies.
• Support compliance initiatives including eDiscovery, retention policies, audit logs and DLP.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for M365‑related issues and act as escalation point for complex cases.
• Deliver user training, documentation and knowledge‑base content to drive adoption.
• Lead or support migrations to/from Microsoft 365 (email, file shares, etc.).

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services in a global, multi‑region environment.
• Strong technical expertise as a subject‑matter expert on collaboration and identity platforms.
• Ability to implement governance, security best practices and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to support end users across multiple time zones.
