About the role

Lead our expansion in Uruguay by connecting healthcare facilities with high‑quality pre‑owned medical equipment while ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) regulations.

Key responsibilities

Develop and grow a client base across Uruguay.
Navigate MSP registration requirements for imported equipment.
Build relationships with medical centers in Montevideo and other regions.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient import processes.
Target both mutualistas and private clinics.
Present equipment solutions to procurement teams and close sales.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of Uruguayan medical device regulations.
Established network within the Uruguayan healthcare community.
Fluency in Spanish.
Excellent presentation and closing abilities.
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

Required skills

10 % uncapped commission on sales.
