Marketing Specialist (Uruguay)

About the role

Neocol is looking for its first dedicated marketing hire – a versatile generalist who will ensure that Sales, Alliances, and Delivery teams tell a consistent story across all channels. You will own content, brand, and event assets, turning business updates into compelling marketing materials that drive deals forward.

Key responsibilities

• Write and produce web copy, social posts, email newsletters, press releases, and sales collateral in Neocol’s voice.
• Build and maintain content templates for fast, on‑brand output across Sales, Alliances, and Delivery.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery to capture client case studies and expand the case‑study library.
• Apply Neocol’s brand and style guide consistently to all marketing touchpoints.
• Maintain a central marketing asset library with up‑to‑date brand files, templates, and decks.
• Run the event and content calendar, supporting webinars and in‑person events such as QBRs and Dreamforce.
• Manage a rolling 30‑day content calendar for social and digital channels, including video and rich‑media assets.
• Leverage AI platforms (Claude, Gemini) to draft, repurpose, and scale content production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or a marketing coordinator role.
• Proven ability to handle a broad range of marketing tasks rather than a single deep specialty.
• Experience creating content across web, social, email, and press‑release formats.
• Background supporting event logistics and content preparation, both virtual and in‑person.
• Fluent professional English for daily collaboration with US, Canada, and UK stakeholders.
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working as the sole marketing resource.
