Marketing Specialist

About the role

Travel Leaders Network is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to support the workflow of its in‑house creative studio. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, account managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth creation of print and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project management in Robohead, maintaining request forms, templates, reports and task assignments.
• Serve as the primary backup Robohead administrator when needed.
• Generate project progress reports, oversee time‑tracking and prepare monthly invoices.
• Route multi‑supplier jobs and fill information gaps.
• Manage the digital asset system (Canto), updating logos, brand guidelines, stock images and creating new portals.
• Organize and maintain SOPs for the creative team.
• Provide basic copywriting, production assistance, and help write or assign agent profile bios.
• Edit content for promotion pages and blog posts on travelleaders.com.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience working with print and digital content.
• Strong command of time management, ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and proofreading skills, adhering to AP Style guidelines.
• Travel industry experience or travel writing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience using Robohead for project management.
• Familiarity with Canto digital asset management system.
