Marketing Manager – South America

About the role

HELI, a leading global forklift manufacturer, is expanding its presence in South America and seeks a Marketing Manager to drive regional brand positioning, support business development, and lead high‑impact marketing initiatives across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute premium Spanish‑language brand content, case studies, and marketing materials to reinforce HELI’s premium image.
• Target top‑tier accounts in ports, large manufacturers, logistics firms, and other strategic industries, fostering engagement and converting high‑value opportunities.
• Plan and manage high‑level events such as customer seminars, industry conferences, and executive meetings, overseeing end‑to‑end logistics and VIP hospitality.
• Build and nurture relationships with chambers of commerce, industrial associations, government agencies, distributors, and enterprise clients to generate quality leads.
• Conduct market research on forklift and material‑handling trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and regional trade policies; produce strategic reports and manage the regional marketing budget.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters in China and local South American teams to align brand promotion, product localization, and market‑share growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in forklift, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, or logistics sectors.
• Proven track record working across South American markets (Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Brazil) and engaging premium client segments.
