Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Data Analyst will support the Marketing and Events teams across Internova’s divisions. You will design, build and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards and automated workflows primarily using Smartsheet, with additional work in Power BI and Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Create, configure and maintain Smartsheets, reports, dashboards and workflows for marketing, events, invoicing and tactic tracking.
• Collaborate with the VP of Partner Marketing, billing specialist and accounting team to streamline accounting‑related processes.
• Manage connections between multiple sheets using Data Shuttle, Data Mesh and advanced formulas for accurate data flow.
• Develop and administer Dynamic Views for events and marketing, controlling stakeholder access.
• Integrate Smartsheet with CRM, marketing automation, accounting systems and other internal platforms.
• Build custom dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into marketing and event performance.
• Write and maintain SOPs for Smartsheet usage, ensuring data integrity, security and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities, provide training and documentation, and act as the primary point of contact for Smartsheet issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of post‑college experience in marketing or related fields.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Smartsheet expertise (Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, Control Center, Dynamic View, advanced formulas).
• Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office suite.
• Data integration between Smartsheet and external systems (CRM, marketing automation, accounting).
• Experience building dashboards and automated workflows.
