Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Howard Financial Services LLC is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to shape the firm’s external and internal visual presence. This hands‑on position is ideal for an early‑ to mid‑career professional who enjoys producing polished graphics, copy, and UI concepts while gaining exposure to paid‑ads strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing assets for LinkedIn, the website, blog posts, one‑pagers, decks, social graphics, and email templates.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all external‑facing materials.
• Write and edit copy for blogs, social posts, and marketing collateral.
• Partner with internal teams to provide design and UI/UX input for internal tools and dashboards.
• Create standardized design and formatting guidelines for printed collateral.
• Assist in building and executing Google Ads campaigns, track performance, and suggest creative iterations.
• Support ad‑hoc marketing projects and stay current on design trends and marketing best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a creative, graphic design, or marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, resource‑lean environment and wearing multiple hats.
• Excellent written communication and a self‑starter attitude.
