Líder Técnico Senior DevOps

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior DevOps Technical Leader to shape and drive its DevOps strategy across a global, fully remote team. You will guide the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall DevOps strategy aligned with business goals and emerging technologies.
• Supervise and mentor teams managing scalable, secure cloud environments and CI/CD workflows.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to embed DevOps practices into software development and operations.
• Champion the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies.
• Oversee security policies, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Provide training and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong background in agile methodologies and large‑scale application integration.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage projects, and communicate with clients.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
