About the role

We are seeking a Kitchen Leader to head the new industrial dining hall located in Libertad, San José. The role blends operational management, menu development and strict adherence to food‑safety and lean manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef to meet client specifications.
• Ensure production processes comply with established quality standards and current regulations.
• Monitor, record and report food‑safety procedures, focusing on HACCP compliance.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area according to team needs.
• Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff, driving the achievement of operational targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar kitchen‑leadership position.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating teams.
• Residency in the San José department is valued.
• Formal training in gastronomy is considered an asset.
