Jefe de Ventas – Liderazgo comercial en sector financiero

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Jefe de Ventas to join a leading financial group. The role will support the Commercial Manager in shaping and executing the company’s growth and profitability strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to align commercial strategy with company objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Manage and expand digital sales channels, driving growth and adoption.
• Define, monitor and report on sales KPIs, goals and action plans.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, generating new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competition and sector dynamics to inform strategy.
• Launch initiatives to improve customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work cross‑functionally to develop new products, services and commercial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory policies in coordination with relevant departments.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, managing sales teams.
• Experience or strong knowledge of the financial or fintech sector is highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with data‑analytics and artificial‑intelligence tools is a plus.
• Availability to work onsite, full‑time, Monday to Friday.
