IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join Talenter’s team. The recruiter will work collaboratively to attract, assess and hire high‑level technology talent that drives growth and innovation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for technology positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms (candidate hunting).
• Conduct screening interviews and prepare interview reports.
• Maintain and update a database of potential candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in tech companies or consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of the software and infrastructure labor market.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations or a related field (preferred).
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
