IT Engineer – SysAdmin & Security (temporary contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our team on a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of our enterprise IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), including identity governance, access policies, and directory services.
• Manage endpoint management platforms to ensure device configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Operate Microsoft Defender for threat detection, response, and security monitoring.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPN infrastructure for secure remote connectivity.
• Own system integrations across the IT ecosystem, ensuring operational uptime.
• Maintain corporate email infrastructure, handling provisioning, configuration, and escalations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a senior‑level equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AD, endpoint management, and Microsoft Defender.
• Proven ability to manage high ticket volumes while meeting SLA targets.
• Strong documentation skills (runbooks, operational processes) and excellent communication.
• B2+ English proficiency for collaboration with US‑based stakeholders.
