Intercompany & Invoicing Analyst – Fixed‑Term Project

About the role

The Intercompany & Invoicing Analyst will manage the full sample process from request receipt to delivery, ensuring clear communication of key events and status. The role supports internal BASF functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Technical Groups to guarantee timely sample fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Process domestic and international sample requests by creating and managing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP.
• Monitor open order reports, manage backlog, and follow up on required actions to ensure timely execution.
• Apply business policies, flag cross‑functional issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with laboratories, distribution centers, logistics providers, and corporate functions (Costing, Dangerous Goods, Foreign Trade, Regulatory, Customer Service) to execute order fulfillment.
• Conduct global stock checks, track material movements in SAP, and maintain understanding of supply planning and inventory management.

Required profile

• University degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar service‑delivery role.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, customer‑service focus, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
