Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and clients. Working remotely, you will act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring pipeline, supporting both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress and maintain engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations and other applicant information.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges and assessments.
• Serve as the liaison between candidates and clients during interviews and feedback sessions.
• Schedule and track interviews, tests and assessments while keeping candidates informed.
• Provide the staffing team with accurate candidate information to enable optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
