GMP Technician

About the role

The GMP Technician ensures that assigned cleanroom areas remain clean, orderly, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Working closely with team members, the technician follows written and verbal instructions to maintain a safe and controlled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly GMP work area, performing repetitive cleaning and sanitization tasks.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures; stop at‑risk behavior.
• Use proper personal protective equipment and adhere to gowning procedures.
• Support shift lead with punch‑list items, work orders, and shutdown cleaning.
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and report maintenance issues.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and follow SOPs.
• Act as a fill‑in for staff shortages when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Completion of all safety, task training, and annual qualification modules.
• Forklift certification may be required.
