Full Stack Laravel + React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building modern, high‑quality applications that differentiate our clients in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) back‑end services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement front‑end features using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and integrate with Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and to client expectations.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and security.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Front‑end development experience with React (or Vue.js, Laravel Livewire).
• Bonus: familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
