Front Office Treasury Analyst

About the role

Syngenta is seeking a Front Office Treasury Analyst to support liquidity, cash visibility and FX exposure management for its key Brazilian entities. The role combines daily execution, analytical judgement and cross‑functional collaboration in a high‑exposure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and liquidity for assigned Brazilian entities, ensuring timely funding.
• Prepare short‑ and medium‑term cash forecasts to support funding and financing decisions.
• Execute and monitor significant FX transactions, analyze treasury‑process impacts and support proactive hedging actions.
• Serve as the global point of contact for weekly and monthly cash reporting, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain effective operational relationships with banks and internal stakeholders.
• Provide operational backup across regional activities and contribute to a resilient, cross‑trained team.
• Support audit requirements, internal controls and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant Treasury experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Advanced English; advanced Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills with a proactive, control‑mindset.

Required skills

• Cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• FX exposure and hedging concepts.
• Banking operations and treasury‑process execution.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems or ERP tools.
• Data management related to treasury activities.
