Freight Account Executive – Logistics Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Logistics Sales Representative with direct US freight brokerage experience to expand our client’s customer base. This full‑cycle remote position involves outbound prospecting, relationship building with US shippers, negotiating rates, and closing new business.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop net‑new US shipper accounts through cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach and market research.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify shipper pain points, volumes, preferred lanes and operational bottlenecks.
• Present tailored middle‑mile and box‑truck logistics solutions, negotiate freight rates and close deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM and meet weekly outreach and monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and execution.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within US freight brokerage, 3PL or transportation.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong phone presence and confidence in cold‑calling.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently – prospecting, qualifying, quoting, negotiating and closing.
• Eligibility to reside in Latin America.
