Freelance Digital Merchandiser (Spanish/Portuguese)

About the role

eStoreLabs is seeking a Freelance Digital Merchandiser fluent in Spanish or Portuguese to support its remote e‑commerce operations across Latin America. The role focuses on maintaining product visibility, optimizing content, and driving conversion on major online retail platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor digital shelf presence, performance, and compliance on e‑retailer sites.
• Manage and optimize online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions.
• Oversee content production, including translation, proofreading, and SEO‑friendly copy.
• Research e‑retailer functionalities, widgets, and features.
• Create and edit Product Detail Pages.
• Stay up‑to‑date with e‑commerce trends on major Latin American marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre).
• Analyze performance data, conduct audits, and recommend data‑driven e‑commerce strategies.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and e‑retailers, conduct status meetings, and manage content assets.

Required profile

• Native Spanish or Portuguese speaker (fluency in both is a plus).
• Proven experience in e‑commerce, especially with e‑retailers.
• Strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Advanced English (C1 level) and experience working with LATAM clients.

Required skills

• SEO practices for e‑retailers.
• eCommerce platform management (Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.).
• Data analysis for performance insights.
