Forward Deployed AI Consultant

About the role

The Forward Deployed AI Consultant works directly with client executives and business leaders to uncover high‑impact AI opportunities, design rapid prototypes, and translate business challenges into actionable AI‑enabled solutions. This client‑facing role blends strategic advisory with hands‑on engineering, ensuring prototypes are production‑ready for engineering squads.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executives and non‑technical stakeholders to audit workflows, identify bottlenecks, and create AI transformation roadmaps.
• Design, build, and deploy rapid proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and MVPs using prompt engineering, AI agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Act as the bridge between business units and enterprise engineering teams, translating prototypes into detailed production requirements, data flows, and functional specifications.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks related to data privacy, security, and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing and communication skills, able to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience delivering AI prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize high‑impact opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
