Financial Planning & Analysis Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Data Analyst you will support strategic financial operations by turning corporate data into actionable insights. You will partner with the finance team to build reporting frameworks and data models that streamline budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards and routine reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify operational trends, anomalies, and variance between budgeted and actual figures.
• Develop and optimize database queries and workflows to aggregate complex financial data from multiple corporate systems.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to provide data‑driven insights that support strategic forecasting and business planning.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of datasets used across corporate financial reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an FP&A Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Proven expertise in data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
