Financial Consultant – AI Trainer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. You will use your financial knowledge to review AI responses, test complex scenarios, and provide structured feedback that improves model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using real‑world financial cases.
• Challenge models with edge‑case scenarios to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide each new model version.
• Deliver diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
