Finance Director – AI Model Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance teams. In this remote, contract position you will apply your financial expertise to improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI‑driven chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present complex, real‑world finance scenarios to test model reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and logical soundness.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides model improvements.
• Generate diverse finance‑related problems and assess chatbot responses.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Professional experience in finance, preferably at a senior level.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
