Expansion Manager - Tokenization (Remote)

About the role

Tether is looking for an Expansion Manager to join its Tokenization Expansion Team. The role focuses on driving the growth of Hadron, Tether’s institutional platform for real‑world asset tokenization, by coordinating client onboarding and partnership initiatives across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and delivery of client and partner initiatives in the tokenization space.
• Coordinate onboarding of institutional clients, ensuring smooth hand‑off between business, product, and technology teams.
• Manage relationships with institutional partners and stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Head of Tokenization Expansion to define expansion strategies.

• Highly structured and analytical professional.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Hands‑on attitude with ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience working at the intersection of digital assets, tokenization, and institutional finance.
