About the role

Passcard, a financial services company with over 20 years in the market, is looking for a Strategic Marketing Specialist to join its Montevideo team. The role focuses on designing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and communication actions that align with commercial and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch ATL (above‑the‑line) and BTL (below‑the‑line) marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with advertising and media agencies.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to strengthen brand positioning.
• Oversee production of promotional materials, brochures, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Proven experience managing advertising campaigns and agency coordination.
• Strategic and creative thinking with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong planning, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
