Equity Trader - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and work experience.
• Push the models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and finance‑related reasoning exercises.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not required.
• Independent contractor able to work remotely on a flexible schedule.
