About the role
Join Sportradar’s international IT support team as an End User Support Engineer based in Montevideo. You will provide first‑level technical assistance and help keep daily IT operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first level of tech support for end users.
- Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, including desktop support and Active Directory tasks.
- Facilitate IT procurement, asset management and software updates (WSUS).
- Collaborate with global development teams on technical issues.
Required profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong background with Microsoft products (Windows Server, Office, Windows 10, Azure, WSUS).
- Experience with antivirus and asset‑management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and a positive, team‑player attitude.
