Electrical BIM Modeler (Revit) – Full‑Time Remote Contractor

About the role

Join a growing BIM team that supports real U.S. construction projects. ENG is looking for a hands‑on Electrical BIM Modeler to work full‑time (40 hours/week) on remote, production‑focused tasks. You will create detailed electrical models, drawings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Model electrical systems in Revit, including conduit, cable trays, lighting, power distribution, panels and low‑voltage networks.
• Deliver LOD 400, installation‑ready or fabrication‑oriented models.
• Produce high‑quality electrical drawings, schedules, view templates and sheet sets.
• Use Navisworks for clash detection, coordination and issue tracking.
• Collaborate in English during meetings and project discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Electrical BIM modeling experience.
• Strong Revit Electrical modeling and documentation skills.
• Experience with Navisworks coordination and LOD 400 deliverables.
• Professional English communication (upper‑intermediate or higher).
• Availability to work full‑time within U.S. time zones and own a workstation for BIM production.
