About the role

Traveller Viajes is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to strengthen its tourism sales team. The position is dedicated to promoting and selling travel packages while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of tourism packages to individual and corporate clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Process bookings, manage reservations, and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records using internal systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve collective sales objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a travel agency (mandatory).
• Commercial mindset with strong customer orientation.
• Proactive, organized and results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Good proficiency with standard computer tools.
