About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join Handy’s payment solutions team in Montevideo. You will be responsible for prospecting new merchants, presenting our payment products and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls and face‑to‑face visits in the designated area.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to showcase payment solutions.
• Present Handy’s payment products and additional services that help merchants increase sales and simplify cash management.
• Manage the full sales cycle using the company’s CRM system.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with merchants and business owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales with a strong results orientation.
• Proactive attitude, high energy and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Desire to learn, grow and exceed targets.
• Commercial mindset focused on maximizing income.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform to track sales activities.
