E‑Commerce Product Administrator

About the role

We are a furniture and lighting importer‑distributor operating an online store. We seek a meticulous, proactive individual to manage the end‑to‑end product upload process on our WordPress‑based website.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings on the WordPress site.
• Edit and optimise product images using Adobe Photoshop.
• Create datasheets and related documents with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Interpret technical product descriptions, drawings and English‑language price lists.
• Perform PDF editing and formatting tasks.
• Apply SEO best practices to product titles, descriptions and metadata.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate visuals, specifications, pricing and overall product representation.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented, thorough and organised.
• Team player with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Comfortable working on macOS environments.
• Advanced reading and writing proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
