DevOps Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead infrastructure administration and CI/CD automation for multicultural, globally distributed teams. This fully remote position offers the chance to work on high‑impact projects for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high service availability, performance, security, and maintainability of cloud‑hosted infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Automate repetitive processes using scripting and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Monitor and improve infrastructure security and observability.
• Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, and cloud resources.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and policies.
• Assess and evaluate new cloud providers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes as an SRE or similar role.
• 4+ years as an infrastructure engineer or equivalent.
• Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with multiple cloud providers.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or New Relic.
