Delivery Supervisor

About the role

As a Delivery Supervisor at Tesla, you will lead a team that prepares vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. You will combine product knowledge, financing options, and trade‑in processes to guide potential customers through the digital vehicle exploration journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery Vehicle Preparation Team, including Vehicle Specialists and Documentation Assistants.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on operational tasks such as vehicle movement, delivery schedule monitoring, repairs, detailing performance, and lot organization.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets, support sales and delivery goals, and manage P&L requirements for the location.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns related to vehicle preparation and quality.
• Recruit, train, and develop the management team and employees, ensuring timely staffing.
• Provide regular feedback, enforce Tesla policies, dress code, and grooming standards.
• Maintain facility and showroom presentation to brand standards while controlling expenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a service‑focused environment.
• Experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven setting.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
