Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an organized, solutions‑focused Customer Support Specialist to assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations and general support. This fully remote position requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to guide travelers throughout their planning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client travel inquiries.
• Research travel products such as hotels, cruises, resorts, tours and vacation packages based on client requests.
• Assist with reservations, review details for accuracy and help clients understand travel policies and supplier requirements.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers when needed and manage reservation changes.
• Maintain accurate client communication and booking records, providing pre‑travel and post‑booking support.
• Stay updated on supplier and destination information.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with detail‑oriented and organized approach.
• Problem‑solving abilities and ability to work independently while leveraging team resources.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration or travel is helpful but not required.
