Customer Success Engineer (SaaS) – Remote

About the role

Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support its talent pool across Latin America. This remote contract role focuses on troubleshooting, improving product experience, and delivering top‑tier support for our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support requests from talent applying for roles on the Mercor platform.
• Triage and investigate issues by analyzing telemetry data, inspecting network requests, and writing database queries.
• Troubleshoot common browser problems and other web‑application bugs.
• Consolidate insights, recommend product improvements, and document solutions for recurring questions.
• Maintain a positive tone and write clear, near‑perfect English replies.

Required profile

• Ability to debug web applications, backed by a Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting customers on modern web applications.
• Experience with SaaS‑based products and support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp.

What we offer
