Contract Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Minor Care)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking part‑time, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join its provider network and deliver evidence‑based mental health care through a tech‑enabled platform. The role focuses on treating adults and minors (age 10 and below) remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients ranging from short‑term EAP sessions to medically necessary ongoing therapy.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar, document sessions promptly, and collaborate with clinical and administrative support teams.
• Deliver culturally competent care and conduct safety planning for high‑risk situations.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice counseling in Uruguay with at least 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Active professional liability insurance and a private, confidential workspace with stable internet.
• Fluent conversational English for onboarding and clinical interviews.

Required skills

• Training and experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
• Proficiency with tele‑health technology and evidence‑based treatment modalities.
