Connectivity Certifications Analyst

About the role

The Connectivity Certifications Analyst will ensure that new system interfaces and API integrations meet Aven Hospitality’s standards. Working closely with product, engineering, sales and external partners, you will certify, test, and troubleshoot connectivity solutions for our Property Connect and Channel Connect platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Review, test, and certify new XML and JSON API interfaces to the SynXis CRS platform.
• Facilitate custom API solutions across customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Onboard new API connectivity partners, ensuring consistent certification standards.
• Maintain performance and compliance of existing integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support partner opportunities.
• Work with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot integration issues, conduct testing, and remediate defects.
• Provide vendor and technical support during the certification process.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hospitality technology standards such as Open Travel and HTNG.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical specifications.
• Familiarity with client‑server architectures and networking concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
