Commercial Lead – Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our commercial team and manage high‑value interior design projects. The role blends technical design judgment, strong closing ability, and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and evaluate the performance of the commercial advisory team.
• Provide feedback and training on product knowledge, consultative selling, cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Curate the technical‑aesthetic quality of team projects before final client presentation.
• Manage an autonomous portfolio of clients with a focus on closing deals and delivering results.
• Handle high‑value budgets, delegating and closely monitoring when appropriate.
• Advise on comprehensive interior‑design solutions and create proposals using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Oversee the showroom: display, sample stock, customer experience and CRM usage.
• Prepare weekly sales, visit and KPI reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Industrial Design (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design for end‑clients.
• Proven experience selling furniture and space‑solution products.
• Demonstrated commercial ability with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience leading commercial teams.
• Strong aesthetic sense applied to demanding projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
