Commercial Executive – Postgraduate Admissions & Business School

About the role

The University seeks a Commercial Executive to join the Commercial Directorate of Postgraduate Admissions and UCU Business School. You will work directly with prospective corporate clients, promoting executive education, training programs, and postgraduate studies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise potential clients on training, executive education courses, and postgraduate programs.
• Propose and evaluate new tools that enhance continuous improvement and customer service.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, preparing and negotiating commercial proposals.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor results and achieve commercial targets.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communication or related fields.
• Mandatory experience in B2B service sales, focusing on acquisition and management of corporate client portfolios.
• Proficiency with advanced Office tools and CRM systems.
• English language proficiency at level B1.
• Strong teamwork, proactivity, result orientation, communication and negotiation abilities.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract for 1 year with possible renewal.
• Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week, 10 am–6 pm.
• On‑site work at the Montevideo campus.
