About the role

Cargill is looking for a Junior Commercial Analyst to join its global team in Uruguay. The role involves both face‑to‑face and remote sales activities, supporting new and existing customers across various sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales offers, proposals, and presentations, including product demonstrations.
• Identify and contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships that encourage repeat business and future sales.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to sell directly to clients and support indirect sales channels.
• Handle complex administrative, technical, or customer‑service issues with minimal supervision and escalate when necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Category A driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proactive attitude, passion for commercial activities, teamwork, and adaptability to a dynamic business environment.
