Client Retention Agent

About the role

PU Prime is seeking a driven, client‑focused Retention Agent to support business growth through client engagement, retention, and relationship management. The role involves managing both new and existing clients, reactivating dormant accounts, and maximizing long‑term client value and trading activity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and trading activity.
• Analyze client behavior to identify opportunities to increase engagement, deposits, and trading volume.
• Proactively re‑engage inactive or dormant clients.
• Keep clients informed about promotions, campaigns, and market updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders on retention strategies.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve KPIs related to client retention, reactivation, and trading activity growth.

Required profile

• Experience in Forex, CFDs, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical, results‑oriented, and sales‑driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
