About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a motivated Client Engagement Executive to drive new business opportunities and convert leads into long‑term clients. This fully remote position focuses on B2B sales targeting US customers, with occasional travel for client‑facing meetings.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking and social media.
  • Present BairesDev® solutions to prospects in remote and in‑person meetings.
  • Prepare regular sales and financial reports.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably as an SDR or junior sales representative.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
  • Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and negotiating contracts.
  • Recent experience in a company of up to 500 employees.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
