Business Development Representative – Software & AI Sales

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Business Development Representative to drive the growth of Remote Club’s software and AI solutions. You will identify, engage and nurture prospective clients, turning them into qualified leads for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and build prospect lists.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails and social channels.
• Manage a sales pipeline and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule and support product demos.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare follow‑up materials.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex software and AI concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working fully remote with excellent time‑management and self‑motivation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales is a plus.
